The Truth About Unicorns

You may gnot believe in unicorns, but those in the Gnomish community have gno doubts that they exist. Unicorn hunters from across the garden may search for these special souls without much luck, but to say they don't exist? What gnonsense! Look at this beautiful lady! You can see her with your very own eyes and touch her with your very own fingers. Of course she exists! I'll let you in on a secret. Wanna know the truth about unicorns? They live life to the fullest and love without any limits! The secret to catching such a mystical soul is to do the same in return. And with this fuzzy soul in particular? You'd increase your chances if you love to dance. Gno doubt this lady is a dancing fool. She loves to dance and simply takes advantage of every opportunity of every song with a good beat. She applies that same love for the moment in all areas of her life. Ask anygnome from her great big gnetwork of old Gnomish friends, and they'd tell you that she she enjoys her life to the fullest and has gnever been happier. Loving with gno end seems to have that effect on happiness. If you ask me, she is onto something there. Those closest to her love her for being HER and gnot for anything she does for them or even anything they may have in common. They simply love her because she's a good soul who embraces a life that brings more love into the garden. And the garden is better for it.

The Truth About Magic

You may not believe in magic, but those in the gnome community have gno doubts that magic exists in every corner of the garden. After all, if magic doesn't exist then doesn't that mean gnomes don't exist either? What gnonsense. Look at this little gnome. You can see him with your very own eyes and touch him with your very own fingers. Of course he exists! I'll let you in on a secret. Wanna know the truth about magic? Just open your eyes and chances are you'll find yourself staring straight at real magic. It's the dew drop diamonds on a morning flower. It's the the sun setting in the west only to rise again in the east. It's an fairy of lost treasures disguised as a person doing a good deed. A seed doesn't gneed to be told how to become a flower. It's found in laughter. How is it that one can find themselves laughing even if their heart is breaking? I'll gnever know. And that's the beauty of it all. The truth about magic? If you'd ask this little soul, he'd tell you it's rainbows. He knows because he's the one who paints the sky beautiful colors in spite of the grey clouds above. How he knows the weather does gnot matter. What matters is if you take the time to gnotice.

Dragon Soul

If you're like most, you probably think of dragons as being vicious creatures who may deserve to be respected but don't likely make for good snuggle companions. After all, it's hard to imagine wanting to hug a creature that could easily burn you to a crisp. Forget all the scary things you think you know about these majestic creatures, because this fuzzy soul has just proved them all wrong. Gno doubt this little lady has a great big soul, worthy of a dragon's respect. Few others in the garden understand the creatures quite like she. From the very beginning, she has always known that dragons, too, love a good snuggle. They may have the reputation of being vicious creatures, but deep down they're nothing but warm hearted souls who are completely dedicated to their loved ones. It takes a special soul to look past all she has heard through the bad press that these majestic creatures get in traditional fairytales, and see them for what they really are. Like the dragon, she is strong. She is wise. She has a big heart. She commands respect (and snuggles).

Brave Heart

Sometimes this little fellow feels so small compared to the big garden around him. Sometimes he wonders if he can be brave enough to go out into the garden and join the other gnomelings in playing chase and learning about how the garden around them works. Sometimes he's just a wee bit scared about everything that he cannot control. It's just in that moment that his little dragon friend arrives! Just in time! With his dragon friend by his side he feels so brave. He feels so big. He feels so warm and fuzzy and ready to challenge any other gnomeling to have more fun than he. With his dragon friend, he can handle anything the garden throws his way, and can accomplish anything he sets his brave heart to. He may think that it's his little dragon friend that gives him this kind of special courage, but I'll let you in on a little secret. Dragon spirits are not friends with just anygnome. They're friends with the bravest of souls. It takes an extra special brave heart to have dragon friends like this!

Shimmery

Chances are you have gnever heard of a mer-gnome before. Indeed they're so rare that I'm gnot surprised, but I assure you that makes them all the more special. They're the magic fairies of the sea! Meet Shimmery. She's more than just somegnome who loves animals and loves to have adventures. Come to think of it, she pretty much loves everything! On top of that, she's a little mer-gnome who has a big job to do. Have you ever seen how the water sparkles in such a way that you can't help but stop to gnotice the magic? That's her doing! It's this little lady's job to put the glitter in the water to make it sparkle just right. If you ask me, I would say she's quite good at it. There have been times when I've seen sparkly reflections on the water that have left me in awe. Gno doubt the garden, uh... I mean the sea... is a much prettier, not to mention sparkly, place with her in it!

Dragon Spirit

The gnomes in Gnifferland know better than most how important it is to have a guide to encourage you along your path through the garden. Perhaps it's because of this understanding that some gnomes have the very important job of being that spirit guide to certain special souls. You may have heard of such things. They're often referred to as totems. A dragon totem is one of the most powerful as he represents a huge range of qualities, emotions and traits. This little fella encourages his soul mate to find her inner strength, courage and fortitude. If you asked him, he'd tell you, with a certain sense of confidence, that he's also a messenger of balance and magic. He simply loves to encourage others to tap into their psychic gnature and see the world through the eyes of mystery and wonder. As the ultimate ruler of all the elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Wind, I'd say that if you're lucky enough to have such a powerful totem looking over your shoulder and guiding your way, then you are sure to find success in the garden around you.

The Wind Changers

All year long, this little lady can gnot wait until the autumn season rolls around. She just loves the fall! There is gnever enough one can say about the change in colors! What color will a certain leaf become? One gnever really knows, and this lady can't help but do a happy dance in anticipation. She LOVES suprises within limits! One day, she gnoticed a little dragon admiring the same leaves she, herself, couldn't stop watching. It goes without saying that they were instant kindred spirits! Together they watched as a leaf started to drop towards the ground. Suddenly, the little dragon gave a huff and blew the leaf towards his gnew friend. She, in turn, puffed and blew it back. Oh what fun the leaf suddenly had as it danced through the sky with the changing winds! And so it began - a friendship that has gone down in Gnomish History. Every autumn, the Wind Changers go out to play. One huffs and the leaves dance this way. The other puffs and the leaves flitter that way. Together they make the leaves fall in a mesmirizing dance. Gno wonder it's so easy to love autumn!

Keeper of the Snow Diamonds

I'm sure you've seen them before - the tiny sparkling diamonds in a blanket of freshly fallen snow, but chances are you do gnot know just how precious these little sparkles really are. They hold a powerful magic. Everygnome knows that snow makes everything so white and clean, but it's the diamonds that make the world seem so much quieter when there is a blanket of snow covering everything. Everygnome loves to watch the snow fall, but only one special soul is responsible for keeping the diamonds safe. Without him, who knows what might happen to the sparkly magic. And without snow diamonds, we wouldn't have that same feeling of being warm and fuzzy inside in spite of the cold weather. There is a reason that everygnome cherishes the snow every time the garden gets some. Without its magic diamonds, winter would gno longer be the magical season that it is. Keep up the good work, frosty little dragon. I, for one, know just how precious those snow sparkles can be!

Tiny Splash

Ok, I admit. The tiny splash that this little one makes may gnot seem like much to you or me, but I am certain she has lots of potential to make it bigger and bigger in the seasons to come. Even now, the ripples from her tiny splash can be felt from every corner of her ocean garden. With every flick of her tail, she is doing something thoughtful for a loved one. It seems as though it's impossible for her to swim from here to there without doing a fun flip or two. She just has a way about her that tells all those around her that her life is full of energy and her heart is full of love. She makes even the dullest of swims, an adventure all of its own! The ocean garden could surely use more splashes like the one this tiny soul makes!

My Rainbow

There are many theories to how a rainbow is painted across the sky, all of which stem from Gnomish culture. Gno doubt, whoever is responsible for the pretty colors deserves a gnice big squeeze of appreciation. The rainbow mystery may gnot ever truly be solved, but rest assured I know who is responsible for making my garden a more colorful place. Perhaps you are a gnurse and live your life caring for other souls, or a loving mother who makes bringing magic to a child’s life look easy? Maybe you’re a helper who is there for anygnome who gneeds extra attention, or the sunshine who always tries to make others laugh or smile? Are you the peacemaker who goes out of her way making sure little upsets are resolved as quickly as possible? Or are you the little adventurer always trying gnew things and exploring the garden around you? These are the souls who bring color into my life. It seems that my sky is always filled with rainbows, gno doubt it’s their way of making me feel like I am blessed. And oh am I blessed! My garden would be dull and grey if it weren’t for souls like you to lighten my life. I am sure you do gnot hear this as often as you deserve, but thank you for being a part of my rainbow.

Love for Willow

If there ever was a Gnomish family to be proud of, it would be this one. They have gno problems standing up for their beliefs in order to live happily together for seasons upon seasons. One look at them, and there is gno doubt their lives are filled with love for each other, and gnow for little Willow. She is so lucky. She has two wonderful mums to dote on her! There is gnothing they wouldn’t do for little Willow, but what strikes me the most is that Willow will grow in a garden with two wonderful examples of how to live a perfectly Gnomish happy life. Together they bring a sense of adventure and laughter to their gnest. Together they bring magic to the garden. Together they bring love to the lives around them. Together they’re perfect.

Biggest Little Roar

RAARRRR!! Did you hear that? That might have been the biggest little roar I have ever heard. Did it come from a dinosaur? Or perhaps a dragon? Oh gno, it actually came from this little soul. It's quite apparent he has a voice that booms more than your average gnome. Psst... I'll let you in on a little secret. Ready? Sure he may be a bit different than the gnomelings around him, but that's quite OK. In fact, each and every gnome you see is different in their own special way. The garden would be a very boring place without powerful individuals like this one. His dragon-like soul may mean his roar is stronger than most, but it also means he is like a dragon in other ways too. A dragon soul is one of the most powerful as they live lives with a huge range of qualities, emotions and traits. All the while he is filled with inner strength, courage and fortitude. One can fight to be as "gnormal" as one wants to be, but I'd say that if you're lucky enough to have every ounce of your body filled with such power, then you are sure to find success in the garden around you.

Tiny Treasure Keeper

I would like you to meet a very special friend. I have given him the most important job that comes to mind. He is your new Treasure Keeper! He may gnot look big and tough to you, but I can assure you he is perfect for the job! Here's how it works... First go find an adventure, or let an adventure find you, then decide what plain looking items you find are holding a bit of magic inside. Whether it be a small rock, button, twig, bead, coin or even a jingle bell, it's up to you to decide which treasures are worth keeping. There is only one rule about deciding which items are worth more than they appear, and that is this: they must put a smile on your face and give your tummy warm happy thoughts. Perhaps your favorite small photo will do? Once you have found your happy thoughts, give them to your Treasure Keeper and he will be sure to guard them and keep them safe. And that's gnot all, gno siree! He happens to be great at keeping gnightmares away and always has a little cuddle in store if you ever gneed your bucket refilled. Sounds like the perfect tiny friend to me! Let the treasure hunting begin!

PERSONAL GNOTE:
For the first time ever, a gnome has returned to find a new home. His loving owner decided to give him as a "Pay it Forward" and as such I fixed him up with a nice little dragon friend and will be sending him off to one of my favorite little gnome friends. Yay!

Splish Splash

This tiny Angel of souls loves the water. She spends her summers on the shores of Misquamicut Beach, a very special place indeed. Ever since she was a young gnomeling she knew that she was Daddy's little merbaby, so it comes as gno surprise that she loves to swim with anygnome and anywhere. Most of all, though, she loves the ocean because she loves riding the waves. What a thrill it is for somegnome so tiny to be part of something so big! Gno doubt she will continue down this same path and continue to be a part of bigger things than this garden has ever seen!

Tiny Expert

Look up the word "dinosaur" in any good Gnomish thesaurus and you'll see that the gnomes refer to them as "dragons" more often than gnot. Gno matter what you call them, there is gno doubt that there are so many types of dragons... I mean dinosaurs... out there that it's hard to keep them all straight. You'd think it would be even more so for a small gnomeling such as this tiny soul, but spend only a moment with my tiny Finn and you'll quickly learn that he is a tiny expert of sorts. He loves dinosaurs and can gname a lot of them! Just the thought of a dinosaur brings a smile to his face. He's always running everywhere and to everything, so filled with excitement. In fact, it seems that he smiles constantly. What a warm soul he is. He's quite the lover. He's so very affectionate and sensitive! In fact, HE is the one who sings "You are my Sunshine" to his mommy! Only a kind soul such as he can win the heart of a tiny dragon friend like the one who won't seem to leave his side. My guess is the baby dragon... uh, dinosaur... gnever leaves a warm soul once he meets one.

Centaurgnome

Gnever before has the garden known a gnome who is quite as unique as this tiny fella. One look at him and it's apparent that he beats to his own drum. Spend even a few moments with him and you'll see that he embraces this with a smile. He is loved for so many reasons it's hard to find the time to write them all down. Being an inquisitive gnome, of course he believes in magic, but he also loves science. Are you surprised? You shouldn't be. That's the beauty of a true Gnomish soul. He understands that magic and science go hand in hand. If his funny gnature doesn't put a smile on your face, then surely his love for learning will. He loves math. He loves to read. He loves anything having to do with the magical garden around him, and he loves to share his opinions on all the knowledge that he has filled his tiny body with. Gno doubt that this garden is so blessed to have such a gneat gnomeling in it. He is so much a part of his family that it's hard to imagine how dull the garden would be without him.

Wee Wild

In a particularly wee wild part of the garden, there lived a Giggle of gnomes who considered themselves to be more wild than anygnome else. They even tried to be as terrible as possible by practicing roaring their terrible roars, gnashing their terrible teeth and rolling their terrible eyes and showing their terrible claws. They practiced long into the gnight, through a day, in and out of weeks and over a year, for they knew that someday their terribly wild ways would be able to scare away anygnome who was brave enough to visit their garden. One day such a brave soul did indeed visit, but did all their practicing do the trick? Oh gno! Instead of scaring little Max away, he scared them by staring into their yellow eyes without blinking even once! Oh wow! Gnow HERE was somegnome who could teach them a thing or two about being terrible. They crowned him King of all the Wee Wilds and the wild rumpus began. Their adventures together went down in Gnomish History and those of all ages held the Wee Wild Things dearly in their hearts for generations to come.

The Pegasus

You may not believe in the magic of Pegasuses (or is it pegasi?), but those in the gnome community have no doubts that magical creatures exist. Afterall, if the Pegasus doesn't exist, then doesn't that mean gnomes don't exist either? What gnonsense. Look at this little gnome. You can see her with your very own eyes and touch her with your very own fingers. Of course she exists! Just don't blink your eyes because she just loves to zip around as fast as her wings can carry her. She likes to make you wonder if your eyes are deceiving you. Did you just see a Pegasus? Or was it a gnome? Oh I sure hope you're right on both accounts because only the luckiest of souls gets even the slightest glimpse of a Pegasus. With her in your garden, surely you will start to gnotice the skies looking bluer and the rainbows shining brighter. You're a lucky soul but gno doubt you deserve the magic.
